The fight

to be honest as I’m learning you can’t fight with anxiety or depression you have to accept it and make peace with it like that old saying keep your friends close and your enemies even closer the more you try to fight against the more you create suffering with in and we’ve lost the battle through that.

War brings suffering acceptance brings peace your mental health issues can either be your best friend or your worst enemy don’t fight it accept it make peace with it and be friend it otherwise you will suffer
